Great River Landing is located at 813 North 5th Street in Minneapolis’ North Loop. This 72 Unit facility will provide single room occupancy and efficiency apartments for adults who have been incarcerated, homeless or unemployed. Thanks to Better Futures Minnesota and Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative the facility will provide 24-hour, on-site support services to help the men find work, establish rental history and reconnect with their families.

Our electricians and technology experts are happy to provide the wiring and installation for this 72 unit apartment that will one day provide housing to individuals who have had a criminal record. “For people with a criminal record, it’s increasingly hard to find housing after they have served their time- landlords turn them away. What’s worse, if permanent housing isn’t found within 60 days, they are in violation of parole and often sent back to prison”. – Better Futures Minnesota
