New Green Affordable Housing in Minneapolis

Hook & Ladder, a new two-building, 118 unit apartment will open its doors this Fall.

J. Becher & Assoc. Providing Electrical & Low Voltage Technology Systems and Installation

Frerichs Construction, the multifamily project’s general contractor, chose J. Becher & Assoc. electricians and low voltage technicians to be part of this two-building complex that will bring 118 apartments to the Holland neighborhood of Minneapolis. One building will be constructed to Passive House standards and another will be more traditional and will be built to Green Communities criteria. The multifamily construction project will target those earning 60 percent of area median income.

Opening in October in the heart of the NE Minneapolis Arts District, the brand-new affordable Hook & Ladder Apartments offer beautiful 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR floor plans.
