J. Becher & Assoc. expanded its team by naming Luke Tulenchik Senior PM/Operations Manager. He will be overseeing, developing and maintaining processes for the Commercial and Multifamily divisions. Most recently, Tulenchik served as Operations Manager for the Electrical Construction Group at Egan Company.

Job Title: Commercial & Multifamily Senior Project Manager/Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Overseeing, Developing and maintaining processes for the Commercial & Multifamily division

Years in Industry: I’ve been in the industry for 14 years, with 13 of them being on the electrical construction management side at Egan Company. I’ve worked on both small and large scale commercial projects, along with outdoor electrical projects including the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit Project (CCLRT). I most recently served as Operations Manager for the Electrical Construction Group at Egan Company.

Favorite part of your Job: I enjoy being a part of a team and doing what I can to help that team succeed.

Hobbies/Favorite Pass Times: Boating and having campfires with the family and neighbors in the summertime. I’ve also been an avid video gamer as far back as I can remember.

Fun Facts: Prior to entering the construction industry I spent just under 5 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Soldier. I was stationed in Hawaii as part of the 25^th Infantry Division. I honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant.

Hidden Talent: Staying calm in the midst of chaos.

Family: Camille (Wife – married 18 ½ years), Elli (Daughter – 21), Vander (Son – 10), Violet (Daughter – 8)
