Compensation: $50.74-52.00 per hour

Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full Time

Pre-Employment Requirements: Drug screening, work simulation exam, motor vehicle record review, background check.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prove exceptional customer service while performing field service duties.
• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, systems, lighting and components in residential homes and buildings.
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
• Inspect electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
• Replace conduit and wiring as needed.
• Replace circuit breakers as needed.
• Submit field reports and other required documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong and Effective Communication Skills
• Extensive knowledge of the electrical code, systems, and wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and scope of work.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.

Education & Experience:

• Minnesota Electrical License
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
