Stunning Lower Level Remodel with Modern Technolgy

1,100 sq. ft. of this lower level remodel was maximized to include a large bar, serving area, family room, game room, bedroom, and bath with walk-in shower. Custom cabinetry combined with solid surface countertops, painted woodwork, new lighting and a few other surprises were designed and built into this stunning lower level remodel to meet all of the family’s needs.

Our technology experts integrated the homeowner’s new and existing technology on one interface with Elan control, which also allows future add-on of lighting and climate control. Streaming content from cable and Apple TV. Supurb audio quality was created with the new home audio system that includes Sonance speakers, Sunfire Subwoofer, and a Sony ES series Receiver. A Sonos systems makes streaming audio easy.
