Every year One Good Deed puts on a winter wear donation drive to ‘scarf bomb’ Loring and Kellogg Parks. J. Becher & Associates is proud to have a longstanding tradition of participation with OGD and their annual ‘scarf-bombing’ donation drive.

What is scarf-bombing? Scarf-bombing is the act of placing scarves, gloves, hats, boots and other cold weather items for people to take in a general area, like a park. The items are available to anyone who needs them. There’s no hassle, no stigma, no forms to complete or qualifications to be met; just warm items for those in need. Each item comes with a tag (photo) explaining that the item is not lost, but there for anyone to take who may need it. The winter wear items offer warmth, comfort, and hope to the recipient.

J. Becher & Associates’ generous employees collectively donated many coats, hats, mittens, etc., in addition to some employees generously contributing financial donations to the winter wear drive. A big thank you to our amazing employees, both in the office & in the field, who helped make this donation drive such a success – we are honored to give back to the communities in which we service.
