Albright Townhomes- Minneapolis
Flannery Construction chose J. Becher & Associates as the electrical contractor for the Albright Townhomes 89 unit renovation project in Minneapolis.
The 89 unit townhome complex includes a mixture of one and two bedroom units. Each Albright Townhome has an individual entrance and a patio area located in the back. The interiors of the townhomes were recently refurbished with updated kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. Each townhome has its own furnace, off-street parking is available and there is a centrally located laundry room. Albright Townhomes also has a large community room that is available for use by all residents. Albright is located within walking distance of a wide variety of shops, grocery stores and restaurants and is on the bus line.
