Project Manager – Low Voltage Residential

Responsibilities:

Go through all sales documents to make sure all parts and pieces are correct and understand the scope.
Reach out to customers within 24 hours after receiving information from administration to introductions and explain process.
Schedule equipment installs with customers.
Order and stage material.
Confirm installs with customer 24 hours in advance.
Meet tech onsite to go through installations.
Review field reports and follow up with customers 24 hours after installation completion.
Verify job completion details, create stock transfers and complete invoice checklist for billing.

Requirements:

5+ years of low voltage audio/video experience.
Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills.
Moderate computer skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail and results oriented and works well under tight deadlines.
Ability to successfully multitask.
Able to take coaching and feedback constructively.
Demonstrates the ability to perform excellent workmanship and teamwork to accomplish the tasks at hand.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms of communication.

Possesses a valid motor vehicle license and clean driving record.
Passes a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
