The Breakfast Club
We are pleased to announce that we will be working alongside local businesses to help build the new Breakfast Club, a worship and ministry gathering space for St. Michael/Albertville high school students. The entire project will be financed by donations and community supporters.
The STMA Breakfast Club was started in 2014 in the basement of Pastor Jake and Christy Vanada’s home. The goal was to create a space for their two children and a few of their friends to hear the teachings of the bible, before heading across the street for school each day. Over the years, the word spread and its expansion grew larger and larger. Now, they have hundreds of teens who join them for a full breakfast and to hear a teaching from the bible every other Thursday, at what is now known as the ‘Breakfast Club’.
The entire project from the land to the architect will be completely donated by local contractors and community supporters. Thanks to the amazing support and community donations, the Breakfast Club will now have a complete barn that will hold 500 people to gather and worship. We are pleased to be the electrical contractor for this one-of-a-kind community staple. The project is set to be completed in September 2021, just in time for the school year to begin.
You can donate to this amazing group and stay up to date with the latest project updates by visiting their website STMA Breakfast Club. This story was also featured on KARE 11. Below is what the new Breakfast Club Barn will look like – check it out!
More updates coming shortly – stay tuned!
