Responsibilities:

  • Custom Proposals
  • Use Production Sales Lead sheet to schedule free after closing walkthroughs.
  • Give homeowners an overview of what low voltage they have currently, where it goes, how it works and make suggestions for additional equipment.
  • Contact all web leads/requests for service.
  • Follow up with prior customers for install/equipment updates to generate additional sales.
  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Create monthly product promotions.
  • Customer relations.
  • Attend Builders Club and other events.
  • New Products
  • Keep up to date on new products.
  • Attend product webinars and trainings.
  • Present new products to the install group before selling to customers.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of audio/video experience, preferably residential.
  • Proactive, flexible, team player.
  • Highly motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks & responsibilities.
  • Able to take coaching and feedback.
  • Forward looking, able to see the problem well in advance, having a solution in place before a crisis.
  • Basic understanding of construction specifics.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Able to produce accurate and thorough take off from a wide range of drawings.
  • Able to communicate clearly, concisely, and personably in both written and verbal forms of communication with clients, staff and management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Possesses a valid motor vehicle license and clean driving record.
  • Passes a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
